By purchasing any service or marketing package from Expansio Digital, you agree to the following terms:

All payments are made in advance and are non-transferable.

The client understands that Expansio Digital provides marketing and lead generation services only.

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, but we do guarantee the number of booked appointments as outlined in each package.

The client agrees to cooperate by providing accurate business information, service areas, and availability for scheduled appointments.

Campaign setup and optimization begin only after payment confirmation and onboarding form submission.

Expansio Digital reserves the right to modify or refuse service in cases of abuse, fraud, or inappropriate conduct.

All creative materials, ad accounts, and campaigns remain the property of Expansio Digital unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disputes must be handled in good faith through direct communication with our support team before initiating any chargeback or third-party complaint.
